π General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Dropshipping Entrepreneurs
Article 1 β Definitions
Withdrawal Period:
The time frame within which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
Consumer:
A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Long-Term Contract:
A distance contract concerning a series of products or services with obligations distributed over time.
Right of Withdrawal:
The consumerβs right to cancel the distance contract within the established withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur:
A natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers through distance communication methods.
Distance Contract:
A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer through the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication.
CESOP:
The Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the European Union to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 β Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
The conditions are made available to customers in electronic form or through other accessible means prior to the conclusion of the contract.
Article 4 β The Offer
Offers are non-binding.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or discontinue an offer at any time.
Each offer clearly states the total cost, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable taxes or charges.
Article 5 β The Contract
A contract is considered concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified requirements.
The entrepreneur confirms the order by email immediately after acceptance.
Article 6 β Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 7 β Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
Article 8 β Customs and Tax Regulations
The customer is solely responsible for complying with all legal regulations related to the importation of goods, including customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
The entrepreneur is not the official importer of goods shipped to the customer.
Article 9 β CESOP Compliance
From 2024, payment service providers are required to report transactions to the CESOP system in accordance with EU regulations.
The entrepreneur fully complies with these requirements, which may affect how payments are monitored and reported.
Article 10 β Compliance and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that all products comply with the contract and applicable legal standards.
Any claims for defects must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Article 11 β Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delay, the consumer will be informed within 14 days of the order date.
Article 12 β Complaints Handling
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
If additional time is required to process the complaint, the customer will be informed promptly.
Article 13 β Disputes
These general terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall, where possible, be resolved amicably.
If no amicable resolution is possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the United Kingdom.
